These Terms govern your use of SourGlobal, operated by Buildfasto LLC. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Buildfasto LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, which operates SourGlobal (“SourGlobal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of https://sourglobal.com, our dashboard at https://app.sourglobal.com, and related services (the “Services”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
SourGlobal is a product-sourcing service. You can browse products, submit sourcing requests, and receive price quotations. When you accept a quotation and pay, we source the products from suppliers and manufacturers in China and arrange delivery to your address. We currently ship to Europe only.
We act as an intermediary that sources and arranges delivery of goods on your behalf. We are not the original manufacturer of the products unless expressly stated.
The Services are intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
Prices are shown in your dashboard and, where applicable, exclude shipping, duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply on delivery. Payments are made by bank transfer to the accounts we provide — a CIH Bank account (Morocco, MAD) or a CaixaBank account (Europe, EUR).
Once your order is dispatched, you can follow its progress on the Shipment Tracking page. Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as transit times depend on carriers and customs clearance.
Because items are sourced to order, cancellations may not be possible once sourcing has begun. If a product cannot be delivered, or arrives materially not as described, contact us at contact@sourglobal.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion and in line with applicable law.

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Buildfasto LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates, quotations, or delivery dates will be met exactly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buildfasto LLC and SourGlobal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes through the dashboard or by email to contact@sourglobal.com on file. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
